360° Feedback

360-degree feedback is an online tool for collecting opinions about an individual’s performance from a wide range of coworkers, such as peers, direct reports, the boss, the boss’s peers plus other stake holders outside the organisation.

The feedback categories are always adapted to the person to be assessed – taking into account organisational competencies and the relevant range of assessors.
