How we work
At the BRIDGE, we connect new impulses with personal experience – and turn learning into impact.
We believe in asking participants simple questions which provide the source of valuable discussion, self-reflection and sharing with learning partners. Any leadership theory, management methodology, framework or tool we introduce is followed by our favourite question: “So what?”, or in other words: “How can you use this to become better in your role?”

Leadership Development Journeys
Sustainable international leadership development does not happen in a quick fix workshop. Instead, we take the group on a ‘journey’. Through our Connected Leadership approach, we connect the participants with all relevant spheres, making individual sense of the context & strategy, the leadership mindset & skill set, personal resources and self-leadership, and the growth and engagement of teams and individuals around a common purpose.
From high potentials to senior leaders, it shows that in experiencing this journey together, the group grows into a solid international network – a priceless cornerstone of successful global organisations.
Engaging with Strategy & Change
Cross-cultural Competence
Over two decades of supporting international companies to fully utilise the potential of their cross-cultural diversity, we can honestly say that our training approach works really well. We use our MUSIC© model of cultural dimensions provides a perfect framework for understanding cultural drivers and their impact on business effectiveness. We enable individuals, teams and organisations to identify their own cultural mind sets and behaviour, learn to appreciate the “differentness” of other people’s ways of working – and to develop strategies for working effectively in a global context.
We provide a wide range of cross-cultural training programmes, from general cross-cultural awareness to country specific effectiveness and cross-cultural team coaching. Our trainers are experienced cross-cultural practioners, and bring real-life experience and insights into each training.
