Elizabeth Richardson

An American living in Munich, Elizabeth brings 15 years of international experience in empowering professionals toward greater performance and meaning in their work.  She has traveled the globe delivering programs to culturally diverse groups at all levels across organizations.

Elizabeth studied Foreign Languages and International Affairs at the University of New Hampshire.  Fluent in English, German and French, she has build a career in the professional services industry as a client relationship manager and HR leader of corporate learning and development.

In her work with clients, Elizabeth leverages her business and HR leadership experience to make learning practical and fun. The Native American proverb, “listen, or your tongue will make you deaf,” inspires her facilitation style and ability to engage participants.
