Steve Harrington

Challenging with a light touch, Steve focuses on leadership programmes, cross cultural competency, career development, coaching and team development.

His recent work includes designing and running development programmes in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Working with a range of global organisations Steve offers a breadth and depth of experience that clients really value.

He is a licensed user of a range of Psychometric tests, including DISC, SHL and Thomas International. Prior to entering consulting, Steve worked in retail sales, customer service and manufacturing operations. He also worked in the areas of HR development and consulting with DuPont.
