Maciej’s career began in sales and sales management with companies such as Novartis Group, Allergan and Bausch & Lomb. Drawing upon this experience, Maciej empowers his participant groups with an ability to differentiate themselves in a competitive market through innovation and a sense of purpose.
With a talent for rapport building and a deep understand of the sales process, Maciej leads high-impact programmes in his native Polish as well as in English and Russian.
