Christiane Duarte

Christiane’s passion is the intersection of values, identity and purpose and how this enables a life full of potential and positive, impactful relationships, resulting in business success which is achieved with integrity and passion.

After a successful career in international banking and insurance, including several years in China, Christiane discovered a fascination for people and how they create impact in teams and the organizational system. Having stepped across into consulting, she earned a masters in organizational development and has since worked around the globe on projects spanning leadership training, organizational development, coaching and transformations.

The depth of international management experience and her own multi-cultural Portuguese-German background which allow Christiane to bring depth and nuance to her work.

Her certifications include CTI co-active coaching, organization and relationship systems coaching, culture transformation, change and transformation.

Christiane is based in Lisbon and Madrid and works in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
