Christa Newman

Christa focuses on leadership programs and personal development.

Prior to joining THE BRIDGE, Christa worked as Personnel Manager, both in the founding of a European branch of an American company as well as a large global organisation. As a leader and HR specialist she has experienced personnel development from various aspects. Christa now utilises the findings effectively in her training and potential assessment.

Christa’s hands-on experience is complemented by her University degree in Business and Cultural Studies. She lived in France and Switzerland and enjoys the intercultural delights of her British-German family. She speaks fluent German, English and French.
