Our global roll-out track record includes:
- Sustainable Leadership Programme – a compulsory worldwide programme for middle managers since 2010. After Cycle 1 (“Leading in Challenging Times” and “Strengths Based Leadership”), Cycle 2 is taking 5.500 managers through a 5-day programme focusing on understanding iconic change and leading in a complex environment. THE BRIDGE is one of two training companies responsible for the global roll-out of the programme.
- Leadership Academy – a Europe-wide program for all manager levels, aimed at the implemention a new leadership model combined with the corresponding skill development. Having trained top and middle management, we are currently rolling out to over 300 operational managers throughout Europe in 10 local languages, including Czech, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Italian, French and Spanish.
- Conversations of Performance Management – aimed at equipping managers and leaders with the concepts and tools to grow their people, their performance and their results. We have delivered the programme annually in the United Kingdom, Norway, the Gulf States, Germany and Austria since 2007.
- Management Development Program – a 3-module programme for middle managers to strengthen the collective and individual ability to fulfil the strategy. The MDP is delivered annually in 4 streams across North America, Asia Pacific, South America and EMEA for a 70,000 strong organisation.
- Innovation Works – a 2-module programme focusing middle managers’ energy on core values, personal leadership style and enabling high performance within a global business unit responsible for creating solutions for all parts of a 140.000 strong organisation.
