Connecting new impulses with personal experience – turning learning into impact

We at THE BRIDGE believe in asking participants simple questions…. which provide the source for valuable discussion, self reflection and learning partner sharing. Any given leadership theory, management methodology, communication or intercultural tool is followed by our favourite question: „So what? How does this help you to become better in your role?“

The design of our interventions is always based on the following beliefs:

  • Participants learn best with the right cognitive and experiential mix
  • Learning has to connect with the participants personally – they have to gain some individual insights
  • The learning has to have practical applicability for each participant
  • Participants can learn at least as much from each other as from the facilitator
  • Creating a fun atmosphere enables most participants to open up, and experiment with their own behaviour. This is critical if workshops are to move from being an intellectual exercise to enabling participants to develop a new range of behaviours and skills
