Veronica Sharma-Spaethe

Veronica focuses on cross cultural competence, leadership programs, international skill development and change management.

She was born in India and studied in Delhi and Sydney where she did her Masters in Business Administration. Having started her career with a German Company in India she later moved to International Business Consultancy in Germany and has been working since then in international teams and locations. Being an Indian and having worked in India and Germany Veronica is spearheading our India initiative.

Veronica is based in Munich and is fluent in German, English and Hindi.
