Ulrike Aigner

Ulrike specialises in high potential and leadership development, team effectiveness and coaching. She also supports companies in designing, launching and implementing HR development tools.

Ulrike started her career in Controlling and HR in small and medium-sized companies. She then joined a large organisation where she assumed a leading position in HR and organisational development with worldwide responsibilities.

Ulrike also lectures at the HR Management Department of the University of Applied Science Kufstein, and the Management Center Innsbruck. She is based near to Innsbruck.
