Neal Woodcock

Neal’s career spans almost 25 years and three continents.

During a long association with A.T. Kearney, Neal has helped countless new management consultants develop the skills they need to become trusted advisors. These include proposal and report writing, structured problem solving, negotiating skills, presentation techniques and various other secrets of interpersonal communication.

Through his work in Diversity and Inclusion, Neal has helped talented people make their way to the top, overcoming the obstacles of tradition, hierarchy, unconscious bias and their own lack of self-belief.

Neal is fluent in English and Dutch and has an excellent understanding of German.
