Maike Percy

THE BRIDGE Germany wouldn’t be where it is today without Maike’s ten-plus years of leadership. She steers THE BRIDGE team with focus, inspiration and positive spirit.

As a trainer and coach Maike supports learning at every level, from high potential development to leadership excellence. She strives to enable high performance in line with personal values and goals, ultimately benefitting the organisation as a whole.

Maike studied Business and Cultural Studies in Passau and Los Angeles and developed her career in international marketing within two globally active companies.

She lectures at Management Center Innsbruck and Munich University of Applied Sciences on Change Management and Cross-cultural Competence. Maike is fluent in English, French and German.
